iodyne Returns and Refunds policy

Thank you for doing business with iodyne. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from iodyne for any reason, we want to make it right. You have 30 days from the date you receive your items to request a refund, by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org and providing proof of purchase.
Before returning or exchanging anything please contact iodyne at email@example.com for an RMA number. When returning items, please ensure that the RMA number is clearly written on the packaging. Be sure to include all original packaging and accessories as part of your return.
Items cannot be returned to iodyne for a refund after excessive use, abuse, or any physical damage. Any attempt to repair, modify, or otherwise alter iodyne purchases will result in the units becoming non-returnable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping items to iodyne, and iodyne strongly suggests insuring the shipment with a shipping carrier in case of loss or damage during shipment. Exchanges or credits may be offered, rather than refunds, on any items that arrive damaged.
All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided on customized items from the iodyne Custom Shop. iodyne will honor a refund on the base item configuration if the refunded item meets all other criteria above.
Refunds will be issued back to the payment method originally provided with your purchase.
